The company is engaged in the manufacture and wholesale distribution of sanitary goods. It was incorporated in July of 1989 and has its registered head office located in Valverde Del Majano, Spain. The company offers a wide range of hygienic disposable products such as toilet papers, condoms and other contraception products, disposable enemas and similar products, cotton swabs and pads, sanitary towels, panty liners, and maternity and incontinence pads, wet wipes for baby and personal care, sanitary napkins, baby diapers adult incontinence products, washroom accessories, cotton wool products, disposable hygiene products, medical bandages, insoles and first aid kits, disposable paper seat covers and dispensers for public restrooms. These products are distributed in both domestic and international markets. The company is controlled and operated by the ONV Topco, an intermediate holding corporation whose subsidiaries are engaged in the development, production and sales of private label disposable hygenic products.
